As a Senior Sales Representative at Entrepreneur Advisors, you will serve as the first and most important point of contact for prospective clients. Your responsibility is not simply to sell services, but to lead high-quality discovery conversations with business owners and guide them toward the right tax and advisory solutions for their situation.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will represent the firm’s standards, values, and reputation - setting the tone for the entire client experience. The ideal candidate understands business owners, is comfortable discussing financial and tax-related challenges, and can build trust quickly through thoughtful, professional communication.

In this role, you will own your pipeline end-to-end, converting inbound interest into qualified, well-aligned clients. Your day-to-day will involve leading structured conversations, uncovering client needs, and clearly articulating how Entrepreneur Advisors delivers strategic value beyond basic compliance. This is a consultative role that rewards preparation, follow-through, and integrity - not pressure or volume tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound prospects and lead structured, consultative discovery calls

  • Build trust with business owners by understanding their goals, challenges, and financial context

  • Clearly educate prospects on Entrepreneur Advisors’ tax and advisory services and assess alignment and fit

  • Own and actively manage a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline within the CRM

  • Follow up consistently and professionally with all qualified prospects over extended sales cycles

  • Document all prospect and client interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM notes

  • Respond to and qualify new inbound bookings within 1–2 hours when available

  • Maintain availability during core business hours (9am–5pm CST or MST) to take calls

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, including allowing call shadowing and receiving feedback from the CEO

  • Partner with onboarding and service teams to ensure smooth, well-communicated client transitions

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve the sales and overall client experience

Results

  • All prospects are accurately progressed through the CRM with complete documentation by end of day

  • Service teams receive well-qualified handoffs with clear expectations and context

  • A consistent close rate of 25% or $200,000+ in monthly closed revenue is maintained

  • All qualified prospects receive consistent and timely follow-up without leads falling through the cracks

  • Sales tracking and reporting are fully updated by end of day

  • Communication across teams is clear, timely, and proactive

  • Ongoing familiarity with current offerings, pricing, and positioning is maintained through training

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience, preferably selling to business owners

  • Strong phone and video communication skills with a professional, confident presence

  • Experience running consultative, discovery-driven sales conversations

  • High level of personal accountability and ability to self-manage time and priorities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a transparent, well-managed pipeline

  • Comfort working within CRM systems and sales tracking tools

  • Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement

  • Growth-oriented mindset focused on long-term performance and mastery

Compensation

  • $150,000-200,000 On Target Earnings + 2500/mo draw
