As a Senior Tax Advisor at Entrepreneur Advisors, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to business owners, helping them reduce tax liability, improve cash flow, and make confident financial decisions. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working directly with entrepreneurs and understands that tax planning is about strategy - not just compliance.

In this role, you’ll lead tax strategy conversations, design and implement customized tax plans, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategies are executed correctly and clients feel supported every step of the way. This is not a high-volume, transactional role. It’s about delivering real value and building long-term client relationships.
Lead tax strategy calls with business owners and provide proactive, customized tax planning
Analyze client financials, entity structures, and tax returns to identify savings opportunities
Design and oversee implementation of advanced tax strategies (entity optimization, compensation planning, deductions, credits, etc.)
Clearly explain complex tax concepts in a way business owners can understand and act on
Maintain detailed, accurate notes and documentation in the CRM for each client
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tax strategies
Stay current on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients proactively
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned advisory clients
Participate in internal training, strategy reviews, and process improvement discussions
Clients clearly understand their tax strategy and next steps after every interaction
Tax strategies are properly documented and handed off for execution without friction
High client satisfaction and retention across advisory engagements
Accurate, up-to-date CRM records by end of day
Strong internal communication so all team members are aligned on client expectations
Advisor remains up to date on tax law changes and firm strategy offerings
JD or 5+ years of experience in tax planning and/or public accounting
Strong understanding of business taxation (entities, owners, and multi-entity structures)
CPA or EA designation strongly preferred
Confident communicator on phone and video with business owners
Strategic mindset with attention to detail
Self-sufficient and able to manage multiple client relationships
Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a CRM
Growth-minded and open to learning new strategies and systems
